Log5 Corporation offers nut pasteurization, nut sterilization and nut roasting systems that reach unprecedented levels of log reduction.
Both CPP/CSP and NR-IPP systems also work for spice pasteurization, herb and vegetable pasteurization, seed pasteurization, grain pasteurization and flour pasteurization. A minimum 5 log reduction is guaranteed.
The technology is non-chemical, has no discernible impact on the original organoleptic properties and produces outstanding quality products, keeping in line with organic standards.
